Morus alba - white black mulberry (Square vase 9x9x20 cm)

Descriptions A medium-sized, rapidly growing deciduous tree up to 12-14 m tall, it is a very long-lived species that can live for more than a century. The leaves are light green. Flowering occurs in spring. The fruiting of Morus alba occurs in summer with the production of white-yellowish or pink-violet berries which become purple-black when ripe. They are edible, very good fruits, commonly known as ''mulberries''.

Pedoclimatic needs

It adapts to all types of soil, preferring moist, fresh and well-drained ones. It grows well in full sun and tolerates low temperatures down to -15°/-18°C.
