Sarcococca ruscifolia - false butcher's broom (Square vase 9x9x13 cm)

Perennial, very branched, slow-crested shrub that reaches a maximum height of 1.5-2.00 m with a bushy and compact habit. The leaves are alternate and simple, ovate, bright dark green. The flowers are small, white/cream in colour, they bloom in January and February, and are very fragrant. The fruit is a spherical berry which takes on a red color when ripe and remains on the plant throughout the winter.

Pedoclimatic needs

It adapts to all types of soil as long as it is rich in organic substance and moist. It prefers exposure in shade or partial shade. Rustic plant, suitable for temperate climates, it can resist up to -10°/-13°C.
