Trachelospermum (syn. Rhyncospermum) jasminoides - false jasmine (15 cm pot)

Fast-growing evergreen climber, up to 4-5 meters tall, characterized by a flexible and thin stem and opposite, leathery, lanceolate, dark green leaves. Between the end of spring and the beginning of summer it produces numerous and pleasant, very fragrant white flowers. Young specimens must be supported with suitable supports in order to guide their growth.

Pedoclimatic needs

It adapts to all types of soil, preferring soft ones, rich in organic content and well drained. To be grown in full sun to ensure abundant flowering. It likes moderate and regular watering, allowing the soil to dry well between one irrigation and another and tolerates drought well. Moderately rustic plant, it resists minimum temperatures reaching -6°/-8°C.
