Wisteria floribunda var. macrobotrys - Wisteria with very long flowers (Forestry alveolus)

Splendid climbing plant, deciduous, rapidly growing, reaching 20 m in height. The pleasantly scented flowers are gathered in cluster inflorescences that can reach 120 cm. These are light purple in color and open progressively from top to bottom. Flowering is very abundant and is concentrated in the spring season.

Pedoclimatic needs

It adapts to all types of soil, even stony and poor as long as it is well drained. It likes very bright exposure, preferably in full sun. Rustic plant, it tolerates cold climates down to -20°C.
