Succulent herbaceous plant with short stem up to 70/100 cm tall. The linear leaves of glaucous color are soft and with a pointed tip. The rosettes are numerous, very tufted and over time form large groups. In the month of October they form numerous apical inflorescences up to 1.5 m long with creamy white flowers. This species is similar to Yucca filamentosa except that the latter is lower and has filaments along the edges of the leaves.
Pedoclimatic requirements Grow in very sunny positions. It should be grown in loose substrates, generally lean and without water stagnation. This Yucca is very rustic and resists temperatures up to -14/-16°C without suffering damage. Very resistant to heat and drought, it is ideal for parks and gardens without water.
